The training experience at Hybrid begins with a 60 minute full-body assessment with one of our qualified trainers. The assessment is a tool that utilizes movements, tension and range of motion. The information gathered is compiled and analyzed to help direct exercises and programs that help with goal achievement and injury prevention/rehabilitation.
